Any claims, discrepancies and incoherences between the delivered products and the order placed must be reported to Soco, in written form and with details, not after 7 (seven) days from receiving the products, through registered letter with advice of receipt.
According to article 1490 of the Italian civil code, in the event of defects immediately reported by the buyer and acknowledged by Soco, Soco will provide to replace only the products for which it has acknowledged said defects; the replacements must be returned by the buyer in their original package accompanied by the invoice. The buyer is in charge of all expenses of return and replacement.
Soco reserves itself the right to evaluate different requests of return/exchange of the products purchased.

Returning products with expired warranty is subject to a formal agreement by Soco. The buyer is in charge of all shipping expenses.
It is not possible to exchange products ordered and purchased on socostore.com at shops that carry the brands owned by Soco SpA.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article 64 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (consumers' code) and with European Directive 2011/83/EU, buyers are entitled to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the products, and are not obliged to provide reasons for their wish to terminate. Consumers have the right to obtain a refund for the prices and shipping expenses of the goods purchased. Consumers are only in charge of shipping expenses for the returning of the goods.
